LAB GROWN MEAT
Peter is the CEO of MosaMeat, a company he founded with Mark Post, the Head of the Cultured Beef program at Maastricht University, to put on the market a new kind of meat, without the negative side effects associated with traditional meat production.
This meat was presented in London in August 2013 as the world’s first hamburger from cultured beef, receiving notable press coverage.
Peter is a consultant and food scientist with over 25 years of experience in the food industry. He has held several senior positions in the processing meat industry.
