Madonna is the driving force behind the widely popular and debated #WomenNotObjects campaign. The campaign brings to light the objectification of women and men in advertising. Beginning with a YouTube video and millions of views, it has evolved into a full-fledged campaign with a series of videos, a petition, and research reports highlighting buyer behaviour when presented with images of objectified women. It was awarded the 2016 #Femvertising Award for Social Impact, and shortlisted for three Cannes Lions.

Founding the agency at age 29, Madonna has since been featured in Vogue, WWD, named one of Daily Variety’s The Gotham 50, Crain’s Forty under Forty, one of Glamour’s Women Who Took Big Risks And Reaped Big Rewards and one of Ad Age’s Women to Watch 2016.
